Terms of Service

1. Feedback, not ghostwriting

Reviewers provide comments and suggestions. They may not write, rewrite, or substantially author any part of a student’s application. Violations result in removal and a refund to the student.

2. Payments

All payments for reviews of students met through Supplement’d must go through Supplement’d, including repeat reviews. Students pay a 50% deposit at booking and the remaining 50% once the review is complete.

3. Remaining balance

By booking, the student (and, for students under 18, their parent or guardian) agrees to pay the remaining 50% once the review has been fully provided. A review is fully provided when the reviewer has delivered the feedback included in the package purchased:

• One round of revision: written feedback on one draft of each essay in the package.
• Full revision: feedback on each draft the student submits, through the student’s final version.

The remaining balance is due within 7 days of the reviewer marking the review complete. If the student believes the review was not fully provided, they must contact Supplement’d within those 7 days, and we will review the booking before any balance is collected. Unpaid balances may result in loss of access to future bookings.

4. Minors

Users under 18 must provide a parent or guardian email. Reviewers must keep communication professional and related to the review.

5. Refunds

If a reviewer does not reach out within 48 hours of booking, or does not complete the review, the student’s deposit is refunded in full and the remaining balance is not charged.

6. No affiliation

Supplement’d is not affiliated with any university. No outcome is guaranteed.
